2004 BMW 330i ZHP Performance Package 6-speed sedan w/ 64k miles!

For those of you not familiar with the ZHP performance package, it was introduced in 2003 to combat the fact that someone could not buy a M3 four door in the E46. It is relatively rare especially in the 4-door manual transmission arrangement. It consisted of the following changes:
Performance
An increase of 10 hp , 8 lb·ft of torque
Lightweight flywheel
More aggressive camshaft
Free-flowing exhaust with 35 mm matte stainless steel dual exhaust pipes
6-speed short-throw manual transmission
3.07 final drive gear ratio in rear differential
Tachometer with a 300 rpm-higher redline increase to 6,800 rpm (from 6,500 in the standard 330i)
Top speed limiter removed. Drag limited to 155 mph (250 km/h) (up from standard 128 mph (206 km/h))
Suspension
Firmer springs (front +6%, rear +8%)
Firmer shocks (jounce: front +50%, rear +20%), (rebound: front +35%, rear -8%)
Larger diameter anti-roll bars: 23.5 mm front (v. 23.0), 18.5 mm rear (v. 18.0)
Lower ride height by 15 mm (.6 inches) utilizing shorter auxiliary springs
-.5 degrees of camber
Reinforced right & left front lower control arms with all-metal ball joints (more rigid forward bushings)

Sport seats in Alcantara/cloth combo (optionally in leather)

Thicker M 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel in perforated leather or Alcantara with fingertip cruise, audio, and accessory phone controls

Exterior:
The car is finished in Imola Red and is wearing 100% original paint and has never been involved in any kind of accident or been damaged in any way.

Interior:
The car is finished in stunning Black leather with the ZHP Black Cube trim. This is a GORGEOUS color combo to gathers lots of attention and compliments. It has never been smoked nor had pets in it. The interior is like new. One issue on the ZHP cars is that they originally came with a steering wheel covered in Alcantara, a suede-like material. It was very cool but does not wear well and most look terrible at this point. This car has been upgraded to the OEM M3 M-Tech Steering wheel in leather, very nice!
Mechanical:
The car has traveled just 62k miles since new!! The car has been exclusively serviced by BMW since new. I have all service records. Recent service includes:
57k miles- Inspection II service= new air filter, oil and filter, microfilter, cooling system flush, brake fluid flush, 4-way alignment- $1344
The car has been fully inspected through our shop and passed with flying colors. It needs nothing but a new owner!
